I am having sound issues.

If you are having sound issues, first check the device’s side lock switch. Try turning it to the mute setting and muting and then unmuting the iPad or iPhone.

If you continue to have sound issues, you can also try the following:

  1. Double tap the home screen of your iPad or iPhone.
  2. Swipe the bottom of the screen from left to right.
  3. Tap the speaker icon to the far left. It should show Mute Off below the play button.
  4. Listen to the app sound once again.
